On Saturday, 26th
January I drew attention to Pete Goss’s kayaking adventure. He and his
companion, veteran kayaker Any Warrender, were approximately at the halfway
point during their anti-clockwise circumnavigation of Tasmania. Since then
they went on to complete the 1,500 kilometre voyage. In all, it took them 50
days. Having started on 29th December, 2012 they arrived back at
Devonport on 17th February, 2013.
They have made two excellent
YouTube videos illustrating their adventure. (Click links* below.) Some of
the clips show details of the sailing rigs they used when the wind was
favourable.
What does Pete have in mind for
his next adventure?
